Community Rules

These Community Rules apply to the Burnsies Hideout Discord server and to community spaces operated under the Burnsies Hideout name on this website.

Burnsies Hideout is the workshop of Burnsie — games, mods and Discord bots, engineered end to end. One engineer building LSPDFR plugins for Grand Theft Auto V, Discord bots like Thea, and browser games in development. Everything released so far is free.

Whether you are here to download mods, get support, report bugs, try a game, or chat with other players, help us keep the community friendly and professional.

1. Respect Everyone

• Treat all members with respect.
• No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or personal attacks.
• Friendly debates are welcome. Toxic arguments are not.

2. Keep It Legal

• Do not share pirated games, leaked content, cracked software, or illegal downloads.
• Do not request or distribute stolen assets or copyrighted content.

3. Stay On Topic

• Use channels for their intended purpose.
• Keep discussions related to Hideout projects — LSPDFR and GTA V modding, Discord bots, games, and community topics — where appropriate.

4. No Spam

• No spam, flooding, excessive emojis, or repeated messages.
• Avoid unnecessary pinging of members or staff.

5. No NSFW Content

• No pornography, gore, explicit content, or inappropriate media.
• Keep usernames, avatars, and bios appropriate.

6. Support Guidelines

Before asking for support:

• Read the FAQ and documentation.
• Search whether your issue has already been answered.
• Explain your problem clearly.
• Include logs or screenshots when possible.

The RAGE Plugin Hook Log Analyzer is often the fastest first step when the game will not start or a plugin is misbehaving.

7. Bug Reports

• Report genuine bugs only.
• Provide reproduction steps whenever possible.
• False or misleading reports waste everyone's time.

8. Mod Discussions

• Constructive criticism is welcome.
• Respect the developers' time.
• Do not demand ETAs for updates or new features.

9. Advertising

• No self-promotion, advertisements, Discord invites, YouTube channels, or social media without staff approval.

10. Staff Decisions

• Listen to moderators and administrators.
• If you disagree with a decision, contact staff privately instead of arguing publicly.

Zero Tolerance

The following may result in an immediate ban:

• Hate speech
• Threats or doxxing
• Malicious files or malware
• Scamming
• Impersonating staff
• Ban evasion
• Sharing cheats intended for online GTA V

Agreement

By remaining in Burnsies Hideout, you agree to follow these Community Rules. Rules may change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay up to date.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.
